Service Description
Are you passionate about building a positive transitions-care program, but worried that if you leave, the program leaves with you? You are not alone. SPAN knows that this work is often carried by a few dedicated individuals. That's why we are launching a new 10-session guided workshop designed specifically for individuals like you. This is not a passive book club. This is a hands-on, 60-minute bi-weekly workshop in a supportive cohort of peers from around the world. Guided by SPAN's own Amy Shuflin, you will: Find Your Community: Connect with a cohort of passionate, like-minded professionals facing the same challenges as you. Build a Sustainable Vision: Move beyond being the "only one" by designing a program that can last - one that builds capacity and spreads into the community. Get Practical Tools: Apply the models from Safe Passage to diagnose your school's unique needs. Create an Action Plan: Finish the 10 sessions with a concrete, actionable plan to move your school from "informal" to "foundational" care. This 10-session journey is the best way to get the support you need to build the program your whole community needs. Don't do this vital work alone. Join a community that will equip, connect, and refresh you for the work ahead.
