The people leading transitions-care in international schools are themselves navigating complex systems, relationships, emotions, and expectations. This monthly community provides a space to learn, reflect, exchange ideas, and develop practical approaches for supporting arrivers, stayers and leavers.

About the event

Unmanaged mobility in international schools adversely affects student performance. As staff, we may be aware of this and make an effort to support students through transitions, but we are not unaffected. Staff members also experience arriving, staying, and leaving - and yet more focus on leaving well and staying well is needed at most schools. SPAN is excited to announce our first-ever workshop series designed to connect, equip and refresh leaders of staff transitions care programs at their schools by providing them with customizable resources to establish or enhance their current practices.

Join us for Branching Out: SPAN’s International School Staff Care Network on the second Thursday of the month at 2pm CET beginning January 14, 2027.

Because the people who care for others through transitions deserve support.
